The part about quests, giving your children your undisputed time and also getting out of the house early ideally to a beautiful destination like Cascade Falls really resonated. When my daughter was younger I observed that she just talked more and about a wider range of topics when we were moving together. It seemed like the movement unlocked the conversation so we starting going for bike rides side by side and these became micro adventures like cycling around the South East Coast of England. Over time these became bigger adventures like cycling from London to the Lego office in Denmark after I exited my start-up.
